returns/refunds/cancellations
If your painting arrives to you damaged please email me (dmunroe83@yahoo.com) within 24 hours of receipt quoting your order number, your telephone number and the nature of the damage. You will be given instructions on how to return your painting. It would be very handy for you to retain as much of the original packaging as possible to help in returning the painting back to me. I will arrange to have the painting returned and issue you with a full refund or replacement (you will be offered the choice). If you change your mind about buying one of my pieces you have the right to cancel your purchase and obtain a full refund. If you change your mind after having received your goods then you have 7 days to notify me in order to get a full refund. You will need to fund the return shipping costs if you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights. I am fully compliant with my obligations under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
